Am I missing something?????

Hi
When I have finished with an image in lightroom, I export the image to my desktop and from there into my website. I have noticed that on LR my image is crisp and vibrant, once exported, the image often darker and lost come of the contrast. Is this normal or am I missing something.

You're probably not exporting in sRGB. Also, whatever tools you're using to view the image outside of LR are probably not color-managed.

Since most viewers on the web are also not using color-managed tools, the best you can do is export in sRGB, and encourage your viewers to use color-managed tools.
