"all photographs"

In version 1.3.1

I have added quite a few directories, meaning folders with photo's the total amount of 15 folders. Now I have just added the 16th folder in this catalog, however I can't see it on the access panel on the left. Why is this?

I can however see the photo's when I select "all photographs" ^^

Please advise

Can you post a screen shot of the Folder listing in the Left Panel of Library?

You could also highlight one of the images in "all photographs" for that Folder and go to the Metadata are of the right Panel and click the Arrow to the right of 'Folder' under 'Copy Name' and it will take you to that Folder on the Left PAnel, and then you should know where it is or maybe get a clue to what has happened.

not sure still ,

I usually add complete folder with new sets of photo's but this time I added a few photo's (Jpegs) from a folder that wasn't added to the catalog , but the photo's were dumped in "My Documents" folder in the left panel !!!

I guess the "My documents" folder was selected when I clicked file and add photo's from disk , don't know what happened ..
