Hi all.
I got this email from Adobe saying that they were deleting my cloud content because I haven't had a subscription that includes cloud storage. See attached image.
However, I do have a plan that includes 20Gb of cloud storage! See attached image.
I use the cloud option to share images between my iPad and Mac.

Maybe, I'm missing something simple here - perhaps someone can explain this?

Thanks

Solution
Could it be for a different account from the one you subscribe with? I recently got the same email related to an account I only set up for some testing.

Yeah, they're doing their annual clearout of accounts that haven't been used in a while, so I agree check the email. Could be an account you used for a trial on mobile.

Actually, I think you may be right. I see now that the email associated with my present is slightly different. Thanks for your help and speedy replies.
