I work for a non-profit organization and Adobe is requiring that I get a new Adobe ID to continue receiving the discounted pricing for the subscription. I have been told to download and save files from my current account and transfer them to the new account and was given a link to an article on how to transfer files across accounts (or profiles). https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/transfer-assets.html
Unfortunately, the instructions are exceeding difficult to understand and follow and I ran into trouble immediately
When I open the CC desktop app there is no "Open Sync Folder" option under File. In fact, under "File" there are only options to "Search," open "Preferences," and to Quit. Under the "Files" icon i have the following options but again nothing close to "Open Sync Folder"
Does anyone know how to find this "open sync folder" so that I can see what files might be stored in the Adobe Cloud? I have not used the sync feature with LR other than with one set of photos, but I don't want to inadvertently lose files that I didn't know were stored in the Adobe Cloud.
Thanks for the assistance.
