Sync Adobe Cloud Storage Shows Usage but I haven't turn sync on

LR Classic 10
Operating System

I am on the Adobe 20 GB plan - PS and LR - on my account page it shows me using 725 MB of the cloud storage.

But when I go to see my Files on the Creative Cloud page it shows:

- No Syned files
- No Cloud documents
- No Mobile creations

What is taking up 725 MB of storage?
