Adjustments History?

Is there a way to get the adjustments history and be able to put that in a caption? Sometimes I want to be able to post a photo and tell people what all went into getting the result. That combined with the EXIF is pretty useful.

I don't know of a way I'm afraid Les. How about taking a screenshot? The final settings you ended up with can be stored in XMP though.
