Adjustment Mask

When I select the adjustment brush and I paint a mask, it shows up on my photos as a red mask. I would prefer if it showed the actual change in real time.

I know this is possible but I cant find the setting

Any advice?

'O' and shift 'O', toggle visibility and cycle mask color.
'H' to hide/display the brush adjustment selection 'pin'.
