Adding Menus over gallery

I'm know nothign about HTML, and I am trying to figure out how to create a basic menu of; Contact us, Pricing, etc...over the top, and down below the gallery I created in Lightroom.

Can I do this in lightroom, or do I need to use dreamweaver? What code woul d I have to put in the page?

A basic hyperlink is formed in this way:

<a href="destination.html">Link Text</a>

You could therefore setup a basic, unstyled menu by stringing a series of hyperlinks together.

Alternatively, have a look at some of the web templates produced by myself, Lightroom Galleries or Lightroom-Blog. Many of them include site menu options from within Lightroom.
