Adding a border to a photo...

OK how do i add a simple border to a photo? I know I can do that in Print Module with Stroke Border option but how do i get it to stay on the pic so that i can simply save that as a jpeg etc for future purpose or to publish it on the net with the border?

Export as a jpeg from the print module, bottom right in LR2.

Or use LR2/Mogrify as an export filter.
