acr 3.1 or 4.4

Hi
i imported some photos taken with my 3'D
and i found that when i import new photo lightroom uses the acr 4.4

so now i have many photos with acr3.1 and the new with the 4.4

what's wrong?

Nothing's wrong. ACR 3.1 was the version available when the camera compatibility was added. ACR 4.4 is a new version with slight adjustments at the extreme ends of the Temp/Tint ranges.

New files you import will automatically be assigned 4.4. Old files keep their old 3.1 (unless you change it) otherwise your settings might look a bit different.
