6.14 worked on old iMac running Catalina, but not on new iMac running Catalina??

6.14 worked fine on my old iMac running Mojave, of course. When I upgraded to Catalina, 6.14 still worked fine. But now I have a new iMac, running Catalina, and I migrated everything from the old machine to the new one from a Time Machine backup. When I click on the LR icon, I get a "flash" of the LR startup screen, which instantly disappears. I know 6.14 and Catalina are reluctant lovers, but is there a workaround here? I'd sure like to get 6.14 back and running. Thanks.

When you move Lightroom to a new computer, Lightroom detects that and needs to register again. Unfortunately, that is the 32 bits part that does not run on MacOS Catalina.

Johan, thanks a million. Another reminder that 6.14 will eventually get squezed out of our workflows. We'll be forced either to go to a subscription version--or bail out of wretched Adobe altogether and go with ON1.
