27" Monitor Recommendations

I am looking for a new monitor under £500 as my current Dell UltraSharp 27 UP2716DA one is failing (screen goes very light after not using more than 1 day and takes 45mins to go back to normal)
I was thinking of getting Asus ProArt PA279CV which looks good value and gets some mixed reviews
Another option is the DEll Ultrasharp U2723QE but I do worry about my current DEll experience

Any recommendatoions gratefully received under £500

The Asus ProArt PA279CV is rated at 1200 nits in HDR mode. This makes it a good candidate for the future in Lightroom HDR processing. I have two 32" ASUS ProArt HDR monitors and these have performed well for me.

OTOH the Dell UP2716DA) has a specification of 400 nits, making it unsuitable for HDR processing.
