Lightroom Version Number
Lightroom Classic version: 10.4
Operating System
  1. macOS 11 Big Sur
  2. iOS
I have 2 issues that seem to be related but different.
  1. LR Mobile shows iPhone phots syncing and they are in LR Cloud, they are not syncing to my LR Classic. LR Classic shows 1 image downloading from a phone I stopped using in January.
  2. I have multiple albums in LR Classic that were/are synced to the LR Cloud. Previously they showed up in the LR Mobile App. Now all albums show 0 images
Any help/suggestions will be appreciated.

Thank you,
Chuck

I recently discovered that the Adobe Creative Cloud app needed to be running as a background task for Synching to occur. Check this app and see if it is indeed running, up to date and you are logged to the app.

Update - Problem was fixed by deleting the sync.lrdata file and restarting sync. I though I had tried this but may have forgot to unpause the sync.

Still not sure what happened to the albums. No actual images were lost, just my time. I'd like to understand how/why it happened so it won't happen again
