2.1 - Vista keyboard issues

LR 2.1 and Win Vista. Before the 2.1 update I used to be able to use my mouse to click on a slider (white balance adjustment for example) and then while keeping the mouse hovering over that slider, use my mouse wheel to adjust the slider. Now it just does nothing. If I do the same thing, it'll move the whole side panel up or down. It doesn't do this on XP updated to LR 2.1.

Any ideas? Not a major issue but that sure was convenient!
