Lightroom slow down woes . . . again.
Operating System: OS X (latest) Exact Lightroom Version (Help menu > System Info): Lightroom Classic CC (latest update) I remember recently when LR Classic CC came out, it was all about speed improvements which were very noticeable. LRCC slow to Open
I have a mid 2011 imac 27 inches and LRCC latest version. My catalog size is 3gb. When I open LR, it takes quite a lot of time to open ( slow startup) . Around 5 to 7 minutes. What can i do to fasten things? Your help appreciated- ramesh

Extremely slow startup with Win10 anniversary update (over 2 minutes)
Hi all, I just updated Win10 to the anniversary update, and it now takes over 2 minutes to start LIghtroom from the time the splash screen first appears to when it disappears, whereas before the update, it took only 10-15 seconds. I'm running a reasonably fast computer, with 16Gb, I7 processor...- Don N.
