  • The November 2019 Lightroom updates are now available. Lightroom Classic includes the ability to export the same photos as multiple sizes/formats in a single export, content aware fill for panorama edges and more. It does require a catalog format upgrade and there are updated system requirements, so you may want to wait a few days before upgrading.
    Lightroom (cloud-based service) has export options (such as TIFF format, renaming and color space), custom sort order on the desktop, copy/paste to multiple photos on iOS and more.
    The Missing FAQ and Edit Like a Pro eBooks are already updated for the changes.

    Why is the crop aspect ratio not always correct?

    When using the crop aspect ratio of 4X5/8X10, why would I get an 8X10 with one image, then get an 7.875X10 with the next? Is there a way to fix it? Thanx, Alan

    Setting aspect ratio in camera vs cropping in LR

    I have always shot 4:3 images because all my cameras have used that as their native aspect ratio. Of course, I crop as I wish in LR. I just bought a Canon G5X Mark ii camera, whose native aspect ratio is 3:2, though the aspect ratio can be chosen in camera to be 4:3, 16:9, and 1:1 as well...

    How to Delete a Custom Aspect Ratio

    Surely there must be a way to delete a (foolishly created) aspect ratio? I can't seem to find anything about that anywhere. I'm new and I apologize if this has been asked and answered a million times already. I can't seem to find it! Thanks— Patty
