Earlier today I had to do a "hard" close of Lightroom (used Task Manager to shut it down) as it was hung up (probably due to low RAM).
After restarting the PC I tried to reopen Lightroom and got the following message:

Sorry, I did mean "file".
I believe that Lightroom installed properly but hard to tell without a catalog.
