    Printing

Hello I've never really used the print function in Lightroom - always opened in photoshop and done it from there. However photoshop is not being nice to me at the moment - it will print 6x4s rendering the colours perfectly but as soon as I ask it to dso a 10x8 ot a 12x18 it goes in the huff...

Had a new card reader installed and it is just as slow I think. 40 minutes for 250 photos tonight. Think I am going to have to go down the external reader route! :-(

alas my powers of persuasion failed - apparently the wiring is very complex and best done in shop by someone other than himself. But he has said I can park right outside the shop which is a bonus and that they will do it whilst I wait - I wonder what I could do while I wait! - shoes...

    Previews! Just a quickie - I promise! ;-)

Thanks Beat. My card reader is inbuilt into my pc - I believe the same as the previous one - perhaps not?! and the old ones did not go directly onto the pc either - they were put on externals - so with this going straight onto an internal drive surely that should be super speedy? The rendering...

Correcting wide angle distortion in Lightroom

or use transform perspective in photoshop - I've had lightroom 3 for less than 24 hours so cannot really comment on what lightroom does to perspective, but since starting to use LR2 about 2 years ago I have still always used photoshop for sorting out my converging verticals. Lightroom is going...
