• Welcome to the Lightroom Queen Forums! We're a friendly bunch, so please feel free to register and join in the conversation. If you're not familiar with forums, you'll find step by step instructions on how to post your first thread under Help at the bottom of the page. You're also welcome to download our free Lightroom Quick Start eBooks and explore our other FAQ resources.
  • The May 2019 Lightroom updates are now available. There's a brand new slider called Texture, available across the whole family of apps. Lightroom Classic includes a new tool called Flat Field Correction. Lightroom (cloud-based service) has lots of big improvements including cloud trash, invitation-only web galleries, improved chromatic aberration removal and more. The Missing FAQ and Edit Like a Pro eBooks are already updated for the changes. You'll also notice the CC's have disappeared off the end of the names, so we've updated the forum names to match.

exporting jpg with an overlay text (date or others) on the photos

Thanks Tim, I will try the new version one of the next week-ends. I repeat hier the same question I asked you per email, very important to my project: - does the overlay reduce in any way the quality of the photo? (I have seen that the export is slowed down a lot, but that's ok. I can go out...

exporting jpg with an overlay text (date or others) on the photos

I am preparing a couple of photobooks (not with lightroom - another soft), so I have exported the pictures and work with that photobook software to create my work. One is a legal work, the other one a multiyear project, so I was looking for a way to insert (print, overlay) ON THE PHOTO a little...

Still no way to change a bunch of selected photos to one date?

The title says it. I know LR was not able to do that in the past. Is it still the case. Is there a quick way? I have scanned thousands of old dias and of course they have the scanning date: to be changed to the real date of the shots
