    Classic vs CC

However you could use Lightroom Mobile on your pixel, the images then come in automaticaly in your Classic environment. It saves you the 'extra steps'. to download them to your desktop (and import them in Classic).

Export LR Classic CC Export hangs/freezes sporadically & takes a long time to quit

Since a few days i'm over to Classic 8.2 and i noticed two fails on export too. It resulted in a non-responding of lightroom, i had to kill it by hand. I have to do some more testing to find the exact condition when it occurs.

JPEG or JPEG + Raw & convert to DNG + JPEG?

That is what i have done with my negatives and slides about ten years ago. My goal was to have them all digitized first so i could manage them in my catalog. Afterwards i scanned some of them individual with the highest possible quality available on that moment. However, if i wanted that for all...

how do i save a photo WITH the settings to share it to others with only mobile app

The second one, 'the Photography plan', costs the same... I have looked at the video you included in your first message. It starts with Classic also to make a preset. The rest of the video is how to apply it using Lightroom mobile on the phone.

how do i save a photo WITH the settings to share it to others with only mobile app

You don't use classic? But what do you sell in your online shop? In two of the three available subscription Classic is part of the license.

As Johan said, use Lightroom Classic. In your screenshot there is only Lightroom CC visable (rounded corners while classic has straight corners)

Very interesting indeed! "No more fear in losing years of work in Lightroom. The new migration tool uses AI-powered algorithms to transfer Lightroom-edited photos, keep the non-destructive settings, and move them into ON1 Photo RAW 2019.2. " according to their site. Of topic of course but it...

I doubt if ON1 does recognize all XMP metadata from Lightroom. Perhaps the simple things like ratings and keywords but certainly not the edit instructions. So, in that way (preserving edits) this seems not to be a very usuful migration path.

You can continue using Lightroom after canceling subsription to approach your photos with all edits. Some things are not possible then anymore (like most editing and cloud options) You could export all photo's (select all) as Tiff (whith the edits 'baked in' the images) when you want to move...

Three images is also no problem. What i tried to explain is that you don't have to export your complete catalog. Yust select those three images and you are all good! This way your develop settings are 'copied' over

Exporting image with LR Develop settings

If the club's laptop use (the same version) Lightroom then you could considering exporting this one image as catalog to a USB stick and importing it back on the club's computer. (Select the file, go the Lightroom Menu 'File' and choose the option 'Export as Catalog'. Include the negative file).
