Thanks. 2xHDMI for the monitors. Lag is longer but generally not persistent with more complex processing such as denoise. I fail to grasp that sometimes it is stuck (fails to update) and requires user action to refresh.
I am using Windows 11, AMD Ryzen processor and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 GPU with acceleration enabled. My displays are identical, but at times when viewing the secondary display the image displayed shows distortion or is 'blurred/out of focus'. Where the problems originate is unclear, the...

There must be other solutions around but I use LR Mogrify plug-in for many purposes including one similar to your application - titling an image using image metadata in a frame created by extending the canvas on export. No reason you can't create a watermark/frame to use in...
USB adapter for tether
Ref wireless USB tether without a router i.e. a wireless USB cable. So you can have the camera 'outside' and in Canon's case can use EOS utility 'inside' with live view, exposure control, AF etc. I adapted a version of this for battery (4 rechargeable AA=5v) as...
dynamiclinkmediaserver.exe has stopped working - this error message has started appearing every time I exit LR 5.6 (W7 64bit Radeon HD5450 16Gb). Anyone come across this and fixed it?
Adobe LR forum shows same error message unanswered in other situations e.g. opening video as well as...
Alternatively add JF plug-ins configured for your desired 'outputs'. http://regex.info/blog/lightroom-goodies At worst. It should only be a couple of clicks from a drop down selection and uploaded to your accounts.
LRMogrify cannot be used with the print module - only as a 'post process' plug-in. Re-importing the output to Lightroom allows entirely different output combinations in the print module with the changes wrought in LRMogrify previously. e.g. entirely different watermarks and captions on a...
It's a faff but JPEG is the only route. The reality is that most printing is working to much lower standards (8bit sRGB etc.) and lower resolutions than you can work to in LR for example 300dpi is coarse in the LR environment but fine in many a 'print' environment.
But you will have to edit...
Not an automatic cropping tool but you can use LR2Mogrify plug-in to achieve a variant where outer border is added as required (in colour of your choice) to make the picture fit the frame dimensions which are set as the canvas. Hope this helps. Once you are familiar with the plug-in you may...
LRMogrify2 from Photographers' Toolbox can give you the control to produce the grey border in an extended canvas and to overlay variable or standing (watermark) text. It will take a few experiments to achieve the workflow you want but LRMogrify2 is quite powerful. Install requires ImageMagick...
LR Mogrify 2 plug in (www.photographers-toolbox.com/products/lr2mogrify.php) gives additional scope to defining the inner, outer borders and canvas size. You can configure the plug in to set varying borders based on the maximum dimension of a batch of shots in different aspect ratios...
At the risk of being unhelpful I don't have a problem with installing and auto updating enfuse (4.3) on Windows 7. Various plug ins are gathered into one umbrella folder after extraction - not as a sub-folder in the extraction tool. Perhaps trying to extract them again to a different location...
LR is not really the tool for this but I've attached an example of what might be achieved. The trick for a 'copy shot' with a half toned screened original was to use have the (copy) camera slightly out of focus because it simulates continuous tone by reducing the original screening effect and...
In Library module (All photographs) use the filter to select by your flag. Select all (Ctrl A). Right click from flagged Select unflagged. Done. (All should disappear - because the filter is still applied.) Filter off and resume where you want
Jeffrey Friedl has a plug-in which leans in this direction. I've never used it but the spec might suit your needs http://regex.info/blog/lightroom-goodies/bulk-develop

A possible line of enquiry.
If you 'print to JPEG' in LR and then print the same file out on your different printers do the results differ between printers as well as from the direct from LR version?
Good luck

Late in the day and not very helpful. I think the problem will prove to be printer and driver. I can achieve a black (0,0,0) background in RGB in a JPEG file but how this is converted to CMYK will depend on your printer and its driver. With a 7 colour ink set for my Epson R2880 I have...
By background do you mean a surround for an image? If you need to have a black for frame have you tried using the colour eye dropper to select black for the colour selection of a border or the paper background in the print module? Changing profiles and/or colour spaces, rendering intentions is...
Option 1 use the slider in the toolbar - works with the scroll wheel. (Press T to view the toolbar and select zoom form the drop down menu with the rhs arrow)
Option 2 (PC) Ctrl+= to toggle to last selected zoom and Ctrl+- to zoom back out
Borderless printing is a setting in your printer driver via 'page set up' lower left hand corner in print module. The non-printing margin depends on your printer. I and others have come across some quirky behaviour in trying to get consistent borderless printing on Epson R2880 printers. Please...
I can't suggest anything artistic other than 'go' with what you like. There ain't no rules because it is dependent on both your taste and the images in question.
Secondly if you want a border in the book module - export it as a JPEG and re-import. Borders are not part of an image until they...
The JPEG file is just the image and dimensions are in pixels i.e. nnot physical measurements and therefore not ablke to define crop marks.
If you want crop marks as part of a file you need to either print to pdf (e.g. Adobe pdf as your printer) or to use something like LR2Mogrify as a plug-in...
I don't now about the Book module and Blurb options but if you use the print module to print to JPEG (files) for your chosen book format in the Page tab you can use the eyedropper in the swatch panel to select the background colour - ( I use this for multiple images per page). Alternatively the...
