Desaturated Images after export in PS

You'll have to explain this better, using the proper terminology. RGB is the color model, like CMYK and Lab. It is not a color space. Color spaces are sRGB, AdobeRGB, ProPhotoRGB, etc.

    Smart previews file....

The Macintosh Finder can indeed not pick this up, especially with the new APFS disk formatting. I have seen the same thing. Lightroom Classic will tell you how large the smart previews package really is. And Rob is right: smart previews are not suitable as a backup system.

Desaturated Images after export in PS

The external editor settings in Lightroom Classic do not allow you to choose sRGB for editing in Photoshop. Only AdobeRGB and ProPhotoRGB can be chosen. If your Photoshop color management policies are not set correctly, then it’s possible that Photoshop assigns sRGB to the AdobeRGB image when it...

Moving LR Files to a New Hard Drive

Exactly. Of course I did not dump my 200,000 images in one single folder. That would indeed be silly and would slow down Lightroom. I do have a folder hierarchy too. The difference is that I don’t care what that hierarchy looks like (and it’s far from a textbook hierarchy), because I don’t use...

Export publish not exporting all photos

No, there is no synchronize option. Did you try to export the photos that weren’t exported at first?

Moving LR Files to a New Hard Drive

And because we had this argument before, there is no need to start the discussion once again. You can't deny me the right to voice my opinion and you can't change it, so don't try. Just agree that we disagree.

Moving LR Files to a New Hard Drive

Or do not reorganize the folders at all, and learn how to organize your images with keywords, collections and smart collections.

Export publish not exporting all photos

You need to find out which photos were not published, and then check those for things like ‘missing photo’.

    Selective Colour Grading

The tone curve is already implemented in Camera Raw, so it seems just a matter of time before it will also appear in Lightroom. Color grading may come too one day, but there is no guarantee, nor did Adobe confirm that (they rarely confirm future developments). I think that will depend on how...

    Selective Colour Grading

You could also assume that they have not yet implemented it. Adobe has statistics about what people use most in apps like Lightroom and Photoshop, so they set their priorities accordingly.

Clearing the cache on Ps iPad

Photoshop for iPad should not take that much space, unless you have lots of photos that you marked ‘Make Available Offline’. So if you did not do that then maybe uninstall/reinstall is indeed the easiest way to solve this problem. Your files should be in the cloud, so they are safe.

Clearing the cache on Ps iPad

If you have a subscription, then that’s fine. If you use the free version, then that means you’ll lose all your photos!

Easiest way to filter All Photos for "pics captured after a particular date"

Oops. I’m afraid that wasn’t the first time and won’t be the last time… Thank you so much, Adobe!

Easiest way to filter All Photos for "pics captured after a particular date"

I’m typing this on my iPad, so I can’t check it myself and/or post my own screenshot, but I think this is something you can set yourself. Here’s a screenshot I found online, which contradicts what you say.

Split Large Catalog into Several Smaller Catalogs

Splitting up the catalog may make it load a little faster when Lightroom starts and making a catalog backup will be faster, but that’a about it. Editing will not be any faster, and searching for an image may be much more cumbersome because it may it in a different catalog. Your catalog is not...

masking panel disappeared in develop module

It seems to be an issue when you use Lightroom Classic in full screen. https://community.adobe.com/t5/lightroom-classic-discussions/p-mask-panel-does-not-appear-in-full-screen-mode-on-apple-silicon-macbook-14-quot/m-p/12533199#M252963

masking panel disappeared in develop module

This is a known issue. Restarting should get it back, and then I would advise to dock the panel (drag it under the histogram).

Correct. I forgot to mention that you do this in the preferences, not in the ‘Edit in’ menu.

Those are presets. Select one, then click and hold on the preset again and you should see an option to remove it at the bottom of the contextual menu.

Upgrade to Cat 2-3 V12 does not include all images or external devices

Lightroom probably updated Cat 2-3 Ircat, while it should have updated Cat 2-3-V11 looking at the names. So do this yourself. Launch Lightroom by double clicking the Cat 2-3-V11 and let Lightroom upgrade it. You may want to rename it in the upgrade dialog, so the name is a little more clear.

Line when using masking tool for objects

Not really. The possibility to feather a mask or to shift a mask edge (like Photoshop can) is a hot request at the community forums.
