positioning the floating masking panel

I can't find a way to permanently position the floating masking panel. The default position is inconvenient.
 
I can't find a way, either. I guess you're stuck with it.
 
You can dock the panel as shown in my snip. Grab the handle (outlined in red) with a left mouse click and drag the panel below the tool bar for cropping, healing etc. When the blue line appears, release the panel and it will dock to the side panels.

You can drag the floating panel into a different position, and this position persists until you close and reopen LR, when it defaults back to the top right.
