Can Lightroom classic create transparent pixels?

So, now I can select the sky in LR. In Photoshop, I could hit delete and it would make those pixels transparent. Then what is left (the ground) could be easily added to other photos and videos. I don't mind tripping to Photoshop but I'm wondering if it is still necessary.
 
AFAIK, Lightroom Export can not create transparent pixels. I think Photoshop or a similar app is your best choice. Lightroom will preserve transparent pixels if the file you import contains them.

It's still necessary for two reasons. First, Lightroom cannot create transparent pixels, and second it cannot combine images.
