I use John Beardsworth's smart collection workflow system to manage my workflow. When I import photos, I include a whole bunch of non-exportable process keywords as reminders, e.g. add star ratings. As I complete each step for a set of photos, I delete the relevant keyword. That works great when you are in LIBRARY, but I don't know how to easily access keywords for DEVELOP steps such as Crop, Color Balance, or Lens Correction, etc.

Is there an easy way? Unfortunately, Lightroom doesn't supported tabbed operation, with separate tabs for say LIBRARY and DEVELOP.

As a related question, is it possible to script the addition of keywords based on metadata such as star rating?
