Unbelievably slow performance
Hi Victoria Thank you for getting back to me again. I have enabled the GPU enabled and I've followed all the other tips I've found on the net to no avail. It was taking up to 5 secs to bring the image into focus whilst using Lightroom earlier. It's very frustrating as I was expecting to see...- Photomanray

Hi Victoria Thank you for getting back to me. I have a 5K iMac and can't find a way of checking its resolution so I'm assuming there is a default setting. Unbelievably slow performance
I hope the problems I'm having are with Lightroom and not my recently purchased iMac. I updated my old system and now have a 3.3 GHz i5 with 24GB 1600MHz 2048 DDR3 and a 2TB Fusion drive, running El Capitan, (so apparently no slouch).
