Changing the Display Scheme to "Default Single Display" on my basic Radeon 96'' did make a difference with the performance of the sliders.
They are more responsive.

I didn't have any crashes with the new version 2.'. Just that the windows folders hieraracy would not be the same as the LR folders hieraracy. Photos that were in the windows folders would not appear in LR, yet LR claimed they were present. Had to use the "Synchronize Folder Command" to get it...
Its nice to hear good stories about photos being moved. :)
At the rate that I am adding photos, I will have to move all my photos to a larger external HD soon.
Thus, that plus sign was telling us that we messed up but its up to us to try to figure out just what we did wrong. ;)
But now we know. This is how we learn.

From Martin Evening's book, the plus sign "indicates that some of the images in a folder are for one reason or another, hidden."
He doesn't eleborate as to exactly how an image can be hidden. Guess you'll have to check thru all 129' images and see what is different with one or more...
