    I shoot soccer with 4K in photo 16:9 1/250th it stops all the action.. Make jpegs in lightroom. Print up to 11x14 no problem. Bigbob

    Thank you for the reply. I was told 4K changed to 1080 on import. I think it does change on export.Are you using any photo4K settings on camera. Bigbob

    Ken, Adobe said by me dragging everything over to the new drive it caused the problem. I told the tech person I still had everything on my old drive. But he had me make a new catalog. bob

    Thanks for the help. I called Adobe tech support. 3 days later I have everything in My new external HD. The problem I lost all of the collections. Adobe said there was not way to save them. I was not to happy 4yrs of work and I do every thing in collections. bob

    The 2nd window was on, closed by clicking lower left. When I called Adobe tech support back the tech support person said not use a second monitor until we fix the problem. bob

    I am using a card reader - only in import After 3 tech support calls they finally figured it out. I was using 2 monitors - When I turned 2nd monitor off. I imported more images and everything work fine. Can't believe it. Bob

    I can import images from card. Thumb nails show up on screen. When I double click one thumb nail it opens a postage size image instead of a large image. Is this a V4 thing? Bob
