It's Lightroom update time again! New cameras (including the Canon R5/R6), lens profiles and bug fixes, and the ability to disable built-in lens corrections for specific new cameras. Here's the usual list
I've found myself in front of some wired behavior from LR.
When importing a small series of pictures, I tried for the first time, to add them to a collection.
The problem is that, the folder hierarchy and content is in the import window is not matching my actual...
Thanks for the tips. Yep, my catalogue is small, I do analog photography am very selective of what I shoot (each shot costs money)
I will create standard-size previews as I'm not indending any mobile / away from desk editing.
Hello Clee. Thanks for the info.
I think that’s exactly what happened.
I've looked at the LR preview file as see it’s about 250mg.
Yet, my "old" preview file from the previous LR version is above 3Gb

Fullscreen an image, the shortcut is F.
When I press F, to me this is not an image in Full...

Indeed, I saw when using the plugin that a lot of LensTagger fields get written in the UserComment field.
With this, I would say LensTagger real added value seems it's writting stuff in the...
Hey. If Description = Caption, then it means that either the LensTagger plug is also writing IPTC metadata not only EXIT or that Lightroom is doing some trick.
I don't usually set the time when the picture was shot because it is too hard to track when 36 exposure which I sometimes shoot on 3...
