Hi, welcome to Lightroom Forums.

.lrcat is not an image file format - instead it is a database file (Lightroom catalog).

Thanks for fast response.

I've 3 files with the same names but different extensions (.lrcat-journal, .lrcat.lock, .lrcat) and 1 file with .lrprev extension. I though that the bigger (.lrcat ~3 MB) is file with the picture... I can see picture in .lrprev file (by IrfanView) but it has got very small resolution :(.

Yep, that's all correct. The .lrcat essentially contains the changes (only the changes) that Lightroom has made to the original files. The .lrprev contains image (low resolution) previews that Lightroom has generated.

You don't appear to have the originals. There are no such things as "Lightroom images", they are just regular files, Jpeg, RAW, or whatever.

I guess the question is: If you have a Lightroom catalogue, how did you obtain it without the Lightroom program? Or do you have Lightroom as well?

What happens when you double-click on the .lrcat file?

I got only above mentioned files as containing picture. Now, I know they not include picture.
I never used Lightroom.

What happens when you double-click on the .lrcat file?

Windows is asking for application that run .lrcat file.

Thank you all for your help.
