I don't know if this is the right place to post but feel free to correct me.

Before coming here I did several attempts to ask Loupedeck helpdesk but they say they are busy and did not solve my issue.
And every time there is a late reply there is someone else who handles the question and I have to start over all again. So now I reach out to Lightroom Queen Forums!

I am using Loupedeck + for editing my photo's in Lightroom LrC, adusting color, brightness etc. It is very easy to work with and use it almost daily.
Both Lightroom and Loupedeck+ console run on their latest software.

I have two issues that I counter everyday and I hate them.

1. when I am using the arrows left and right to go to the next image sometimes Loupedeck takes over and keeps on scrolling through all images until the end. I can hit any button or mouseclick but it does not respond to stop, Lightroom keeps scrolling through all images. This is very annoying and happens at least one or more times a day.

2. When I tick the box in Lightroom at 'enable lens corrections' to 'auto' Lightroom corrects the lens distortion. When I want to apply this setting into the next image so I hit the copy button of the Loupedeck to copy all settings. Unfortunately Loupedeck does not copy this setting because the 'enable lens corrections' is now changed to 'custom' and Lightroom does not recognise what lens is used. So I have to set it back to 'auto'. Lightroom picks it up again but I still have to do this manually which costs a lot of time.

I hope there is a reader who can help me out here.

Loupedeck's probably the best people to ask for the first one.

Custom would suggest you're having to select a lens profile rather than Lightroom selecting the right one (as would happen with Default). Is there a particular reason you're having to set a specific profile?

Hi Victoria,

Thank you for your reply, I will ask Loupedeck again.

When I do not tick the 'enable profile corrections' then Lightroom does not correct anything.
When I tick the box I see Lightroom corrects the used lens correction changing the right way.
Lightroom automatically picks up the right lens also.
The problem is I cannot copy and paste this while using Loupedeck, the setting is simply not getting copied.

Ah ok, yeah, that's something you'll need to ask them, sorry. It was the mention of "now changed to 'custom'" that threw me.

Might I suggest that you apply a Preset on Import of your RAW images that applies Lens Corrections? That would both save time and solve your problem I think :).

For your existing images you could select them all and they apply the same Preset.

P.S. I am using Loupedeck CT now, but I still have the original Loupedeck. I have not seen your first issue though.
