JPG Created from 'Print to JPG' Shows Created Tomorrow on Library Filter

I created a 3 picture image using 'Print to JPG'. I then loaded it into LrC but couldn't file it when filtering for all pictures today. In the filter, I found it as a single picture from tomorrow.

I checked the JPG file using EXIFTOOL but couldn't find any instances of dates of November 24 (tomorrow).

I then tried 'Edit Capture Date'. It showed the correct date and the same date for setting it. I executed it and it moved it from tomorrow to today in the Library Filter.

Here's a shot of the filter and the pop-up to before I executed the 'Edit Capture Date'.

Is this a bug I should report. I know it's a strange set of workflow steps. I was creating a Stack of the composite and the associated photos.

It happens with any newly imported JPEG that's missing capture date in its metadata. LR has always mishandled files missing capture dates, with a number of different symptoms (which have been reported over the years), but this one is new to me.
