Photos opening with Topaz Sharpen as a default

All of a sudden any photo I try to open from my hard drive (the ones I exported from Lightroom CC to specific folders on my MacBook Pro) they open in Topaz Sharpen. I don’t want that - I want them to open in “Preview”, which they had been doing up until recently. Also, if I look on the memory card while it is plugged into the Mac, there are 2 files for each picture. A .jpeg and an .orf, even though my camera is only set to take RAW photos. The .orf files won’t open in Preview, they open in Topaz Sharpen. Can anyone help me understand why this is happening?

on one of the .ORF files, in Finder:

- right-click
- Open With - Other
- Select Preview and tick 'Always Open With

Thank you! That worked. So strange, it was always opening with preview until the past month or so and without me changing anything it just changed. Oh well!
