In which formats is the book available?
It's currently available in Adobe PDF format and Paperback. If you don't have a PDF viewer (you probably do!), you can download Adobe Reader free. 
If you’re planning on reading the PDF on your iPad, it works particularly well with the GoodReader app or also iAnnotate which also allows annotation. Kindle and ePub formats are still on agenda as free updates, but will take time to reformat properly due to the number of screenshots.
Why is the paperback in B&W instead of colour?
The book was originally intended to be published only as an eBook, however once it was made available to the public, there was a high demand for a paperback version as well.
While some books have a PDF supplement, this book is the other way round - the colour PDF eBook is designed to be the primary book, and the black & white paperback is the supplement.
Printing costs for full colour are approx. 7-8 times more than B&W for small publishers, which would have made the retail price of the book extortionate. The alternative is to go to a huge publishing company, however their lead time is many months - Lightroom 4 would almost be available by the time they finished!
As the book is primarily text and screenshots rather than photographs, it works well in B&W, so it's not an issue, but I wanted to be completely up-front so you know what to expect.
Why an eBook?
An electronic format such as PDF can be delivered instantly, and can easily be searched. The eBook can be updated for each new release, so the copy available for sale will always be current, whereas updating the paperback is a little more complicated.

How do I pay for it?
Payment options available are either credit/debit card via Google Checkout or PayPal (PayPal account not required). Payment by UK cheque, BACS (UK only) or International Bank Transfer are also available - email for details on those options.
How is the eBook delivered?
Delivery is digital - a download link will be displayed as soon as your payment is authorised, and also sent to your email address. It is a time-limited download link, but if your time runs out, just let me know and I'll reactivate it.
Why hasn't my download link arrived yet?
Delivery is automated. There can be a short delay between the payment processor and the download provider, although this is rare. The payment processor may also decide to hold payment until the card details are verified. If you're concerned, don't hesitate to email at victoria@victoriabampton.com
How much is shipping/delivery?
The PDF format is delivered by digital download, so there is no delivery charge. The Paperback/PDF bundle is free for delivery within the UK, and £3.50 (approx. $5.30) shipping worldwide. Amazon offer free shipping on the Paperback, from each of its local websites.
